Our cancellation policy is intended to inform you of our fundamental guidelines for cancelling an order whenever you choose to do so. We cherish you so much that we have launched our services to help you with all of your decision-making. Jackethit offers its clients a value-added service that demonstrates superior quality that is never compromised.
Before immediately cancelling the transaction, we would encourage our clients to communicate their concerns if they are unhappy with the jacket or any other services. Nonetheless, we honor our customers’ decisions, which is why we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure that everything runs smoothly for everyone.
  1. Order cancellations must be made within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed in order to prevent any kind of mismanagement.
  2. All orders cancelled within the next 24 to 48 hours will be fully reimbursed, including shipping costs.
  3. All purchases cancelled within 48 hours of the original order date will be refunded 70% of the jacket price plus the full cost of delivery.
  4. Orders cancelled after 72 hours will not be refunded because our stylists may have already begun creating your jackets at the time of the order.
  5. The consumer will not receive a refund once the orders are shipped.
  6. Within five to seven business days, the desired account will receive the full amount of your return.
We appreciate your patience as we handle your cancellation and credit the amount that was refunded. Ensure that you comply with our policy and take the necessary actions.
